Late June through August, Shesha Basti Talab and the family orchards. No guest house. No public festival. No USA sea quote on the farm road.
Zarkaar hosts mango buyers in Multan from late June through August, by appointment. You see the family Chaunsa, the packhouse, and a hot-water cycle when a lot is actually in the tank. This is not a government festival, not a ticketed fair, and not a guest house. You book your own hotel. The only counter is Shesha Basti Talab.
Sindhri is earlier, around May and June, and it is not our orchard. A Mirpur Khas visit happens only if that grower agrees, on a day we have already asked them for. White Chaunsa, in August and into September, is Multan and Nawabpur. Do not arrive in October and expect a tree full of Chaunsa.
What the day can include
We plan one crop and one job. A delegation that wants everything before lunch sees nothing well.
Orchard
Family Chaunsa south of Multan, and the Shujabad belt when that is the block in season. You do not get a deed, a yield figure we have not measured for you, or a photograph labelled as a branch we do not have. Children are not part of the commercial tour.
Packhouse
Grade, pack, and hot water at 48°C for 60–90 minutes when a commercial lot is running. The officer from plant protection is the witness, not a performer. Pre-cool at 8–12°C follows. You may not operate the tank, and we will not run an empty tank for a photograph.
What you cannot carry home
A 4,800-carton reefer in your suitcase. Air samples start near 500 cartons and follow the sample rule. They do not lock price or freight. A USA visitor still does not leave with a sea quote.
How the week relates to the fairs
Berlin in February and Gulfood in March are when you should already have booked the volume you come to watch in July. The buyer week is the check, not the first conversation. If you skipped the deposit, the trees are still real and the spot price is the spot price.
Tell us the names on the visit list a week ahead. The packhouse is a workplace. Unnamed guests wait at the hotel.
