June in the Kingdom
is a fruit month.

TDAP’s calendar says June 2027 and stops there. We will not invent the days. Jeddah and Dammam are the discharge ports. Riyadh is not.

TDAP’s international exhibition calendar for 2026–27 places the Saudi Food Show in June 2027 and does not print the days. A second line on that calendar mentions Saudi Food Manufacturing in the same month. Zarkaar will not invent a date to look precise. Confirm the days on the organizer’s site before you book a flight. We do not publish a stand number.

June is a real fruit month: Sindhri is moving, and Chaunsa is about to. Saudi sea transit is about 12–14 days to Jeddah or Dammam. Halal is mandatory. Retail rice artwork must already have cleared SASO if the rice is the subject. Onion is not on the Saudi market list. Ask before anyone writes Jeddah onion into a show follow-up.

What a June meeting can close

The Kingdom is a live desk. The show is only a room inside that desk.

Mango

Sindhri from Mirpur Khas, sourced. Chaunsa from Multan if the end-of-April deposit was paid. If you skipped the pre-book, June is spot fruit, about 15–25 percent above contracted volume, and it is not guaranteed. Hot-water treatment is already done in Multan. CIF reaches the sea port, not a cold store in Riyadh or Madinah.

Rice

IRRI-6 and basmati for Ramadan need six to eight weeks of notice, so a June show is the wrong moment to start a Ramadan plan for that same year. It is the right moment to review the last Ramadan and to clear artwork for the next one. SASO before stuffing. Halal on every food lot.

What stays off the table

Onion, unless we have already said yes for that buyer. Wheat grain. A second discharge city inland. A promise that the show badge replaces the import permit your agent files.

Manufacturing is a different show

Saudi Food Manufacturing, also placed by TDAP in June 2027, is not where a carton of Chaunsa gets sold. Do not ask us to meet on a machinery floor unless the subject is packaging equipment you are buying for yourself. Our subject is the cargo.

When the organizer publishes the days, write them to us. Until then, book a video call in June and meet in Jeddah only if a loading or a discharge is actually that week.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the exact dates?
TDAP’s calendar gives the month, June 2027, and not the days. We will not invent them. Confirm with the organizer.
Can you deliver show samples to a Riyadh hotel?
Riyadh is not a discharge port. Samples follow the sample rule, by air or LCL, and they do not lock a price. A hotel is not a term.
Is onion available because the show is in Saudi Arabia?
No. Ask before any Jeddah onion plan. The Saudi desk list does not include it.
Do you have a stand?
Not one we are willing to print. Ask for a meeting once the days are real.

Get in touch

Send the organizer’s dates when you have them.

We will match them to Sindhri, Chaunsa, or a rice review.
