From inquiry
to FOB Karachi.

Six steps. Standard practice. Same protocol for every commodity, every buyer, every season.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

Tell us commodity, variety/grade, volume, destination port, target shipping month. WhatsApp or the inquiry form is fastest. We reply within one business day.

  2. 02

    Offer

We send a formal offer with specs, packaging, FOB Karachi price, MOQ, and proposed lead time. Indicative pricing valid 7 days; firm pricing on counter-offer.

  3. 03

    Sample / Pre-shipment Inspection

For new buyers we can ship a small LCL sample, or arrange third-party PSI (SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas) at your cost. For repeat buyers we operate on programme.

  4. 04

    Order Confirmation & Payment

You confirm by Proforma Invoice. Standard terms: 50% advance T/T + 50% on documents for new buyers; L/C at sight or 30-day docs-against-acceptance for established. We do not accept open account in the first season.

  5. 05

    Production & Documentation

We program harvest / milling / ginning, prepare the consignment, fumigate and pack, and call the NPPO inspector. Documentation pack (Phytosanitary, Halal, COA, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation, Hot Water for mango) prepared in parallel.

  6. 06

    Loading & Shipment

Container loaded at packhouse or mill, sealed in front of the agency, and trucked to Karachi. We forward B/L, original docs, and the inspection chain within 48 hours of loading.

Payment terms

New buyers: 50% T/T advance against Proforma Invoice + 50% on documents (B/L copy + Phyto + Halal). Documents released after second tranche credited to our account.

Established buyers (2+ seasons): L/C at sight from a Tier 1 bank, OR 30-day documents-against-acceptance. We are conservative on open-account terms — we will not move to open account in the first season for any buyer.

Incoterms: FOB Karachi by default. CIF available on request — we arrange freight and marine insurance, you pay at-cost. EX-Works (Multan) available for buyers with their own Karachi forwarder.

Longer notes: payment, FOB Karachi, CIF, bulk, samples, retail and foodservice.

Karachi and Port Qasim

The vessel picks the gate. We name Karachi or Port Qasim on the booking. We do not promise both. The counter is not at the port. Fertiliser, seed, and feed stay in Multan. The load-out page keeps that split.

Bulk vessels

IRRI rice and corn can move as bulk from 5,000 metric tons. A container is the smaller tool: about 27 metric tons of rice or corn in a 40-foot box. Wheat bulk is a planning number only, and only if the government opens a licensed window. We do not offer it today.

LCL and samples

A new buyer can start with an LCL sample where the commodity allows one. Mango air can start from about 500 cartons. Rice samples are quoted as bag lots, not as a silent second program. A sample is not a price lock and not a season allocation. Third-party inspection, when you want it, is at your cost.

Retail and foodservice

The pack changes with the channel. A gift carton, a 5 kg rice bag, and a kitchen pack are three offers. The origin does not change. Say which hand receives the goods.

A country we have not named

Send the port, the commodity, and the month. We say yes, or we say what is missing. We do not publish a country page in order to find out. Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Singapore are still names, not desks. Named programs are on the lane index. The map sits on the world page.
