The UAE desk takes Sindhri as volume fruit and Chaunsa as gift fruit. A sea reefer is about five days. Air is about two days. This lane does not use irradiation. If Dubai is only a stop on the way to the United States, that is a different booking and a different carton.
A hypermarket program is a weekly reefer in season. A single container is still welcome. Name the banner when you want the weekly plan. Pre-book Sindhri by mid-March and Chaunsa by the end of April.
Fruit and pack
Hot water at 48°C for 60–90 minutes still applies. The reefer then holds 8–12°C. A full reefer is about 4,800 cartons.
Sindhri
May onward, larger fruit, sourced from Mirpur Khas. This is the supermarket name. It is not grown in the Multan family orchard.
Chaunsa
Late June through August from Multan. White Chaunsa extends the season into September from Multan and Nawabpur. Gift cartons and retail programs should name which Chaunsa.
Papers
Phytosanitary, Halal, and KCCI origin. Your UAE broker clears the box. We do not file the UAE entry. Rice into Jebel Ali is a separate lane and a separate temperature.
How a UAE mango enquiry should read
Searchers typing “import Pakistani mango to Dubai” need four facts before a price exists. Name Sindhri or Chaunsa. Say sea or air. Name the week. Name the banner if the order is a hypermarket program rather than one box. Sea is about five days and does not use irradiation. Air is about two days. A full reefer is about 4,800 cartons of 4 kg. Air and LCL start near 500 cartons.
The book opens on 1 January. Sindhri allocation closes in mid-March. Chaunsa closes at the end of April. A 20 percent deposit holds volume and does not lock freight unless the proforma says so. Default term is FOB Karachi. If the words say Dubai but the fruit is only stopping for USA irradiation, this is the wrong page.
