A small fruit with a loud aroma

Anwar Ratol is the connoisseur fruit: about 120–200 g, bright yellow fiberless flesh, yellow-green skin with a red blush, Brix about 20–23. The season is late May into June. Origin is Punjab. It is not the Multan Chaunsa tree and it is not Mirpur Khas Sindhri.

The aroma is the reason for the price. A supermarket program that needs a heavy 400 g fruit will be disappointed, and so will the shopper who opens a gift box and finds a bland large mango. Say gift or diaspora when you enquire.

Where it is actually sold

Published markets are the UAE and UK premium Pakistani retail. UK air is three to five days. A gift carton is the pack a shop hands over. It is not a bulk bin. 12 Number Ratol is the larger cousin. Book both sizes if the program needs two, and do not let a warehouse relabel one as the other.

This page does not open a US sea lane. No mango variety does. If the destination is not on the list above, send the port. A sample can test a new country. A swapped city name does not.

How early fruit is booked

The book opens on 1 January. Early fruit is settled alongside the Sindhri allocation, which closes in mid-March. There is no separate Anwar Ratol close date printed on this site. Ask, and we will say whether that size is still open.

Air and LCL start near 500 cartons, about 2 metric tons. A full reefer is about 4,800 cartons of 4 kg. October has no fruit on the line. The next conversation is the January book.

Papers and the next page

Phytosanitary, Halal, KCCI origin, and the hot-water log travel with the lot. The hot-water page is the bath. The pre-book page is the deposit. The 2027 book is what October is for. The carton spec is the 4 kg box.
