The UK still buys both sea Chaunsa for volume retail and air Sindhri/Ratol for boutique and diaspora. Post-Brexit PHC sits with your UK agent; we match the phytosanitary wording they lodge. Basmati is year-round into Felixstowe and London. Onion is a winter top-up, not a 52-week programme.

Sea Chaunsa

Sea Chaunsa feeds volume retail in about 21 days. It is the container program, May to September, into the UK’s established mango trade.

Air mango

Air Sindhri and Anwar Ratol feed boutique and diaspora shops in three to five days. Say the pack. A gift carton is not a bulk bin.

UK basmati

Basmati runs year-round toward Felixstowe and London. IRRI is not the grade on this desk. Onion is a winter top-up, not a 52-week program.

Plant-health certificate

Your UK agent lodges the plant-health certificate. We match the phytosanitary wording they need. We do not lodge the UK entry for you.

Diaspora gift cartons

Gift fruit wants a carton a shop can hand over. Tell us the count and the variety. Chaunsa and Anwar Ratol are the usual gift names. Sindhri is the early air fruit.

Programme and lead times

A confirmed order plans at 14 days to sea dispatch, or 5 days for air. Spot space depends on the vessel. A weekly sailing is not a promise on every line.

Mango on this desk is May through September. Rice moves year-round from stored lots. The new-crop conversation is October through February. Onion is November through March, at 0–4°C, and does not share a booking with rice. Cotton follows the ginning window, roughly October through February, and only as the product named here, lint or yarn.

Compliance and quality

Lots for United Kingdom leave with the papers that commodity uses: phytosanitary where the crop needs it, Halal on food, KCCI origin, and the treatment or lab sheet for that product. Mango hot water is 48°C for 60–90 minutes. Grain fumigation is the contractor certificate. The document pack goes out before the bill of lading. Your broker files the destination entry.
