Book the hour.
Leave the price on the proforma.

Calls, visits, and the one counter at Shesha Basti Talab. Name the crop before you name the city.

Warehouse illustration for Zarkaar meetings
Zarkaar Group, Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. Updated 2 October 2026.

A meeting is a conversation we agreed. It is not a booth, a guest house, or a locked freight rate. Export hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time. Write on WhatsApp at +92 300 0465810 with the crop, the port, and the day.

The kissan counter is the other door at the same address: tagged seed, FFC fertiliser, and Wanda feed. It does not load a ship. Wheat seed is not wheat grain. Karachi is a loading week, not a shop, and only named people get near the seal.

Video call

Book a Zarkaar export call on WhatsApp. Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00 Pakistan time. The call does not lock a price. The proforma does.

Orchard visit

Visit the family Chaunsa orchards by appointment. Fruit is on the tree from late June through August. Other months are a walk, not a tasting. Sindhri needs the grower’s yes.

Loading week

Watch your container sealed at Karachi or Port Qasim only if you are named before the day. The port is a load-out, not a shop. A surveyor attends at your cost.

Packhouse visit

See grade and hot-water treatment at the Multan packhouse when a commercial lot is in the tank. We do not run an empty bath for a photograph.

Mill visit

A Punjab rice-mill visit happens only if that mill agrees. Zarkaar does not own the mill. The bag you discuss is the grade on the contract, not a tour slogan.

Gin visit

A Punjab gin visit is possible only with that gin’s agreement. Zarkaar does not own the gin. We do not print a cents price, and we do not offer staple past 30 mm.

Counter hours

The only Zarkaar counter is Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. Export conversations are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00, by appointment. There is no second office.

Sample review

Review a Zarkaar sample against the grade you named. Mango starts near 500 cartons. The review does not lock the season price or open a new country.

Pre-book close

Sindhri pre-book closes in mid-March. Chaunsa pre-book closes at the end of April. A fair that week does not extend the date. The deposit is 20 percent.

Surveyor brief

Brief the surveyor you hired before loading. Zarkaar does not hire them, does not edit the report, and does not explain how to open a seal.

Private-label review

Review mango or rice artwork about 60 days before the first sailing. Saudi retail still needs SASO before stuffing. The review approves print, not a waived minimum.

Season open

Mango pre-book opens on 1 January. The season-open call sets variety, port, and cartons. Fruit is not on the water. Sindhri still closes in mid-March.

Claims call

A discharge claim starts within 48 hours, with photographs, temperatures, and the seal number from the Pakistan survey. A fair meeting is the wrong room for it.

Kissan counter

Farmers meet Zarkaar at Shesha Basti Talab for tagged seed, FFC fertiliser, and ICI Wanda feed. This is not an export booking. Wheat seed is not wheat grain for export.

Delegation

A delegation visits Multan only with every name sent a week ahead. No guest house, no children on the commercial tour, and no second office in another city.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a meeting lock the price?
No. The proforma locks price and freight. The meeting decides whether that proforma is worth writing.
Can we visit without names?
No. Send every name a week ahead for a delegation. Unnamed guests wait at the hotel. We do not provide the hotel.
Is the mill visit inside your building?
No. We do not own the rice mill or the cotton gin. A visit needs that site’s agreement.
Where is the counter?
Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. There is no Lahore or Karachi office.
