Brief your surveyor.
We will not write their report.
Name the firm with the booking. They attend at your cost. The seal number and the photographs are the record.
The surveyor brief is a short meeting so your inspector knows which lot, which temperature, and which cut-off they are walking into. You hire them. You pay them. We do not choose the firm, and we do not edit the report after they leave. Name them when you book the loading week, not at the gate.
We do not publish how seals are built, how a number is copied, or how a lock is opened. The brief covers the lot identity, the set point, and who is allowed inside. It is not a lesson in defeating a seal. If that is the question, the meeting ends.
What we will put on the table
Identity of the lot, and the limit of the visit.
Mango and onion
Mango pre-cool and the reefer sit at 8–12°C. Onion after the cure sits at 0–4°C. The surveyor photographs the set point, the cartons or bags, and the seal number. They do not retie the load to improve a picture.
Rice, corn, cotton
The lab sheet and the fumigation certificate are the quality file. The surveyor can see that those papers match the lot marks. They cannot issue a new lab sheet. ISPM 15 on the pallet is a photograph of the mark, not a speech about how to fake one.
The arrival end
A claim at discharge has 48 hours. The Pakistan file is this survey, the seal, and the loading photographs. A surveyor who was never named cannot be invented after the ship sails.
Who may hear the brief
Your named surveyor and our people. Not a crowd, and not a trainee who will not be on the pass. The port authority still decides entry. Our brief does not override a terminal refusal.
