Use this when the fair has two venues, the aisle is loud, or you are not flying. We answer in Pakistan business hours.
A video call is the default Zarkaar meeting when you cannot stand in the same room. Write on WhatsApp at +92 300 0465810 or email exports@zarkaaragri.com with the crop, the discharge port, and two times that work for you. We sit Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time. Sunday is closed.
The call can cover grade, season, and which desk is real. It does not lock a dollar price, a freight rate, or a stand number. The proforma locks the commercial terms. The website form is a slower channel. For a show week, name the day you are actually in the city.
What to put in the first message
A blank “are you free?” makes us guess the crop. Guessing is how Sindhri and Chaunsa get swapped.
Crop and port
Name one crop and the port that will discharge it. Jeddah, Dammam, Jebel Ali, Hamad, a UK port, a USA airport, or a Canadian airport. A meeting city is not a port. If you are only in Paris, Berlin, or Hong Kong, say which desk the cargo is actually for.
Month of arrival
Mango bookings open on 1 January. Sindhri volume closes in mid-March. Chaunsa volume closes at the end of April. Onion is November through March. Milled rice does not wait for a harvest date. Wheat grain is refused in every month.
One subject
Fruit and rice do not share a half hour. If you buy both, ask for two calls. A USA mango question and a Canada mango question are also two calls, because the irradiation rule is not shared.
What the hour will not do
We will not confirm a Gulfood, Berlin, or Karachi stand number on the call. If a stand is booked, the reply names the hall in writing. Silence means there is nothing to print.
We will not taste fruit through a screen and call it a grade. Colour on a phone is a conversation. The lot record is the grade. Send the written import condition if your authority has published one.
