The Pakistan side
of the file.

Declarations, headings, the truck, the calendar, and the exhibition list. The six buyer desks stay on their own pages.

Port illustration for Pakistan export rules
Zarkaar Group, Shesha Basti Talab, Multan. Updated 2 October 2026.

National pages answer what happens before the ship: the goods declaration, the heading, the bank clock, the pallet mark, and which month a crop can honestly move. They do not open a new city desk. Lahore, Karachi retail, and a TDAP pavilion are not implied by a paragraph.

Wheat grain is on the calendar as a refusal. Wheat seed is a Multan counter bag and has its own meeting. A fair listed by TDAP is a date, not a booth we have paid for.

Inland haul

The Multan-to-Karachi truck is inside the price only when the proforma says so. Mango and onion move in a reefer. Karachi is load-out, not a shop.

Customs declaration

Zarkaar or its customs agent files the export declaration in Pakistan Single Window. The buyer files the destination entry. We do not publish a trader-profile number.

Export proceeds

Export payment is due on the contract date or within 120 days of shipment, whichever is earlier. First-season buyers pay by T/T. We do not name our bank.

Mango heading

Fresh Pakistani mango is declared under heading 0804.50. Zarkaar does not declare pulp, juice, or dried slices as fresh fruit, and does not hide a USA lot in another country line.

Rice heading

Zarkaar declares milled rice under heading 1006.30. Paddy is not our offer. A broken-percent limit on basmati is not a broken-rice heading.

Corn heading

Export feed corn and food-grade corn sit under heading 1005.90. Seed maize is 1005.10 and is a domestic Punjab Seed bag, not the export lot.

Cotton heading

Punjab cotton lint is declared under heading 5201. Yarn is a different heading. Zarkaar does not offer staple past 30 mm, and China means the 28 mm program.

Onion heading

Fresh onion is heading 0703.10. Zarkaar ships red bulbs at 60–80 mm and white at 50–70 mm. Dried onion and powder are not this cargo.

Basmati name

Zarkaar prints Basmati only when the mill contract and the lab sheet say basmati. We do not print a GI logo or a registration number the lot is not entitled to use.

ISPM 15 pallets

Export wood pallets must carry a legible ISPM 15 mark. Fibreboard cartons are not wood. Zarkaar does not describe how a mark is printed, and unmarked wood does not sail.

Inland reefer

Mango leaves Multan at 8–12°C after pre-cooling. Onion leaves at 0–4°C after a 7–10 day cure. The road leg is not the ocean reefer, and it is not a USA sea booking.

Loading survey

A buyer may send a named surveyor to stuffing, at the buyer’s cost. Zarkaar sends the seal number and stuffing photos. We do not describe how a seal is copied.

Crop calendar

Sindhri books close in mid-March and Chaunsa at the end of April. Onion runs November to March. Milled rice ships year-round. Wheat grain stays closed.

TDAP listing

A TDAP exhibition calendar names shows and months. It does not put Zarkaar in a pavilion. We publish a hall only after we have booked one. FoodAg’s own site is the date source for that fair.

New-crop rice

Punjab new-crop rice is the October to February conversation. Old crop and new crop are different lab sheets. Zarkaar does not publish a paddy rate or an ageing certificate.

Cotton window

October is Punjab picking and ginning. Zarkaar exports ginned lint in 170 kg bales under heading 5201. No phutti rate, no cents price, and no staple past 30 mm.

Onion book

Onion ships November through March after a 7–10 day cure, at 0–4°C. October is the forward book. UAE and Qatar are published. Saudi onion is ask-first.

Corn window

New-crop yellow corn is the October to February offer. Moisture stays 13–14 percent. A container is about 27 metric tons. Stored lots can move outside that stretch when the lab sheet passes.

FAQ
