Services,
one job per page.
Documents, treatment, packing, payment, and freight. Each page answers a different question. The market desks stay where they are.
A service page exists when the work changes: who signs the paper, which temperature the reefer holds, or which Incoterm the proforma uses. The six buyer desks and the commodity pages stay in place. These pages link to them. They do not replace them.
Wheat grain is absent on purpose. Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Singapore are absent on purpose. A sample can test a new country. A page waits until the program is real.

Document pack
Zarkaar issues the Pakistan pack: phytosanitary, Halal, KCCI origin, and the lot record. The importer files the destination permit, FDA notice, or UK entry.
Hot-water treatment
Zarkaar hot-water treats export mango at 48°C for 60–90 minutes at the packhouse. The NPPO witnesses the log. Australia, Japan, and New Zealand are not desks.
Phytosanitary
The Pakistan NPPO issues Zarkaar’s phytosanitary certificate per consignment after packhouse or mill inspection. Scans go out before the bill of lading.
Halal
Zarkaar ships Halal on every Gulf and Saudi lot. The certificate is per consignment from an approved Pakistan Halal body. It is not an optional extra.
Fumigation
An approved contractor fumigates Zarkaar grain and cotton with methyl bromide or phosphine and issues the certificate. Doses are the contractor’s, not a public recipe.
Certificate of origin
Zarkaar raises a Karachi Chamber of Commerce certificate of origin for each export consignment. It travels with phyto and Halal. It is not a TDAP registration number.
Private-label rice
Zarkaar packs buyer-brand rice in 5, 10, and 25 kg bags. Minimum is one 40-foot high cube, about 25 metric tons. Artwork is approved before stuffing.
Private-label mango
Zarkaar prints buyer-brand mango cartons. The published minimum is four containers per variety per season. Artwork is due 60 days before the first shipment.
Bulk vessels
Zarkaar quotes IRRI and corn in bulk from 5,000 metric tons. A 40-foot container holds about 27 metric tons. Wheat bulk is not a live stem.
Samples
Zarkaar sends mango samples and LCL from about 500 cartons, and grain samples by agreement. A sample does not lock the season price or the freight rate.
FOB Karachi
Zarkaar quotes FOB Karachi by default. The proforma states whether the Multan-to-Karachi truck sits inside that price. CIF is a separate request, at cost.
CIF
Zarkaar offers CIF on request. We arrange ocean freight and marine insurance, and you pay those costs. FOB Karachi remains the default.
Payment terms
New buyers pay 50 percent by T/T, then 50 percent against documents. After two seasons: a sight L/C or 30-day documents against acceptance.
Mango pre-book
Sindhri booking closes mid-March and Chaunsa at the end of April. A 20 percent deposit holds volume. Freight locks only on the proforma.
Air and sea mango
UAE sea mango is about five days and needs no irradiation. UK sea Chaunsa is about 21 days. UK air is three to five days. USA mango is air via Dubai only.
Reefer
Zarkaar loads mango reefers pre-cooled to 8–12°C and onion reefers at 0–4°C. Rice and onion do not share a temperature plan. One onion reefer is about 25 metric tons.
Dubai irradiation
USA mango from Zarkaar flies via irradiation in Dubai under APHIS. That hop is not the UAE retail program. Canada air via Dubai is a different sentence.
No sea mango to the USA
Zarkaar does not quote a sea container of mango to the United States. The fruit flies via Dubai irradiation. Shelf life does not support the voyage.
APHIS packing
Zarkaar packs USA mango in APHIS-grade cartons and sends the data for PPQ Form 587. The importer holds the APHIS permit. Fruit then flies via Dubai irradiation.
FDA prior notice
Your broker files FDA prior notice on USA food from Zarkaar. We send the data pack in time. We do not file the notice ourselves.
SASO rice
Saudi retail rice needs SASO paperwork with the artwork before stuffing. Halal is already mandatory. Send the pack design with the enquiry.
UK plant health
Your UK agent lodges the plant-health certificate for Zarkaar cargo. We match the phytosanitary wording. We do not lodge the UK entry.
CFIA permit
The Canadian importer holds the CFIA permit for Zarkaar food. We send the phytosanitary pack. Canada mango is air via Dubai and is not the USA irradiation rule.
Qatar permit
A Qatari agent files the import permit for Zarkaar lots. We send the document pack in time. Qatar is a smaller book: mixed mango cartons and a named week.
Ramadan rice
Book Saudi IRRI-6 and basmati six to eight weeks before Ramadan. Halal is mandatory. Retail artwork must clear SASO before stuffing.
Gift cartons
Gift cartons of Chaunsa and Anwar Ratol for UK and Canada shops. UK air is three to five days. Canada via Dubai is not USA irradiation.
Retail and foodservice
Zarkaar packs retail, hypermarket, and foodservice as different orders. A weekly reefer is not a one-off container. Name the channel first.
Lab sheet
Rice, corn, and cotton lots carry a lab sheet for moisture, broken grain, length, aflatoxin, or staple. An approved Pakistan lab issues it.
Live quote
Zarkaar does not publish an export rate card. An indicative offer lasts 7 days. The price is firm when you accept the proforma. Send crop, grade, port, and month.
CFR
CFR means Zarkaar pays ocean freight to the port you name. It does not include insurance, duty, or delivery after discharge. FOB Karachi stays the default.
Container load
Published Zarkaar loads: mango reefer about 4,800 cartons, rice 24 or 27 metric tons, corn about 27, cotton about 80 bales, onion reefer about 25 metric tons.
Mango 2027
October is not mango shipping. Zarkaar opens the 2027 book on 1 January. Sindhri allocation closes mid-March. Chaunsa closes at the end of April. USA sea stays refused.
