Retail, hypermarket, and foodservice are three orders. A hypermarket program is a weekly reefer in mango season, or a programmed rice container. A one-off container is welcome and is a different promise. A diaspora gift carton is a count a shop can hand over. A kitchen wants a plainer pack.

Tell us the chain or the banner when you enquire. UAE hypermarkets should say so, because Dubai is also the irradiation hop for USA fruit, and those cartons must not be mixed. Saudi retail rice adds SASO. Foodservice IRRI does not wear a Super Kernel label.

Mango channels

Volume retail takes Sindhri early and Chaunsa later, by sea where the lane allows it. Boutique retail takes air fruit. USA retail, if that is the word you meant, is still air via Dubai and still not a sea reefer. Private-label board needs four containers of one variety and 60 days of artwork.

Rice channels

Premium retail is Super Kernel and 1121 in 5, 10, or 25 kg. Catering and commodity programs are IRRI-6 or IRRI-9. UK and Canada desks stay on basmati. A foodservice buyer who asks for “long grain” should say whether aroma matters. If it does, it is basmati. If it does not, it is IRRI.

A hypermarket program is a weekly reefer in season. A one-off container is welcome and is a smaller promise. A diaspora shop wants a gift count. A kitchen wants a plainer pack. Say which one. UAE mango does not need irradiation. USA mango does, by air via Dubai. Those are not the same channel with a different city typed in.

Rice retail for Saudi needs SASO on the artwork before stuffing. UK basmati is not IRRI. Onion is a winter reefer at 0–4°C and does not share a booking with either fruit or rice. The first message should carry channel, crop, port, and week.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a one-off container a hypermarket program?
No. A hypermarket program is a weekly plan. A single container is a separate, valid order.
Do kitchens need gift sleeves?
No. Say foodservice and we pack for a kitchen, not for a shopper.
Can one container mix a UAE hypermarket and a USA irradiation lot?
No. The carton and the documents change. Split them.
Which rice does catering want?
Usually IRRI. Ask for basmati only when the kitchen wants aroma and pays the premium grade.
