The lab sheet
names the number you are buying.
Moisture, broken grain, length, aflatoxin, or staple. The sheet matches the lot. It does not upgrade the lot.
Rice, corn, and cotton ship with a laboratory sheet from an approved Pakistan lab. Rice quotes moisture, broken grain, and length. Corn quotes moisture at 13–14 percent on feed grade, broken kernels at 3 percent or less, and aflatoxin inside the destination limit. Cotton quotes staple: 26 mm as the workhorse, 28 mm and above as the longer lot.
The sheet describes the lot you booked. It does not turn IRRI into basmati, feed corn into food corn, or 26 mm lint into 28 mm lint. Fumigation is a separate certificate. Mango quality is the packhouse grade and the hot-water log, not this mill sheet.
Numbers we will print
Only the numbers that match a published grade.
Rice
Basmati on the variety sheet is about 7.5–8.4 mm, moisture max 14 percent, broken max 4 percent on premium. Super Kernel is longer, with broken max 3 percent on that sheet. IRRI is a commodity broken spec. Say the grade before you ask the lab to “make it extra long.”
Corn and cotton
Food-grade corn is a tighter spec you must request by name. Staple past 30 mm is not offered. That cotton is a different origin. Yarn is a count on a proforma, not a staple printed as if it were lint.
Wheat
We do not issue an export lab sheet for wheat grain while the export ban holds. Domestic seed wheat is a tagged bag at the Multan counter, tested as seed, not as export milling grain.
