Sea mango to the USA

Ask for air via Dubai irradiation, or ask for a different country. A reefer quote to an American port will not be issued.
Zarkaar does not quote a sea container of mango to the United States. The shelf life does not survive that voyage. The live path is air freight via irradiation in Dubai, then on to JFK, LAX, or ORD.
Hot-water treatment at origin still happens. It does not replace irradiation, and it does not reopen the sea route. UK, UAE, Saudi, Qatar, and Canada sea or air programs are unaffected. This refusal is specific to mango and to the United States.
What to book instead
Book air. Pack in an APHIS-grade carton. You hold the APHIS permit. Your broker files FDA prior notice. We send the data and the Pakistan pack, including the hot-water log.
If the fruit is for a Dubai supermarket, say UAE retail. That program is sea in about five days or air in about two, with no irradiation. Using the word Dubai alone is how the two bookings get mixed.
Cargo this refusal does not cover
USA basmati is a mill program and does not travel as mango. Cotton yarn to the USA is a lint-or-yarn question, not a reefer question. Wheat grain is closed for every country, which is a separate ban.
What to book instead of a sea box
Ask for air via Dubai irradiation. Airports on the lane are JFK, LAX, and ORD. Timing to JFK or LAX is about 7–10 days. You hold the APHIS permit. The carton is APHIS-grade. Your broker files FDA prior notice. Hot water at 48°C still happens and does not make the sea voyage viable.
If the buyer can take fruit in another country, UAE sea is about five days with no irradiation, and UK sea Chaunsa is about 21 days. Canada air via Dubai is a CFIA file, not a way to relabel this refusal. October does not load fruit on any of those routes. The next book opens on 1 January.
