Half before shipment
if you are new.
New buyers: 50 percent T/T in advance, 50 percent on documents. Two seasons or more: sight L/C, or 30-day documents against acceptance.
A new buyer pays 50 percent by telegraphic transfer in advance and 50 percent against documents: bill of lading copy, phytosanitary certificate, and Halal. Zarkaar does not open the first season on open account.
An established buyer, defined here as two seasons or more, can pay by letter of credit at sight, or by documents against acceptance at 30 days. The proforma states which instrument applies. Fertiliser rate-lock on the Multan counter is a different 20 percent and a different business.
What the documents are
The balance moves against the bill of lading copy plus the Pakistan pack. Scans go out before the bill of lading. Originals follow the proforma. Your broker’s FDA notice, UK lodging, or CFIA permit is not a document we wait to “include” in our invoice. You file those.
Mango deposit versus this 50 percent
A season booking can reserve volume against a 20 percent deposit. That deposit holds a place. It does not lock freight unless the proforma says so. The shipping payment on a new buyer is still the 50 / 50 split when the lot is fixed.
Counter sales
Kissan fertiliser, seed, and feed are paid as a domestic sale, including cash on delivery where that is the counter rule. Do not send an export L/C for a DAP bag.
What we will not imply
The enquiry form is on the site. Email delivery from that form is not a promise while the mail setup is empty. WhatsApp and the phone reach the desk: +92 300 0465810. Write the figure you are paying against a proforma number, not against a chat guess.
