26 mm lint.
The workhorse bale.
Punjab cotton, ginned and baled at 170 kg. The longer lot is 28 mm. Nothing past 30 mm.
The published workhorse is 26 mm Punjab cotton lint, ginned and baled. Each bale is 170 kg. One 40-foot high cube is about 80 bales, or 13.6 metric tons. Fumigation is at bale stage. The lab sheet records the staple.
Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Turkey are the mill countries for this offer. China is the 28 mm program, not this bale. Price follows New York cotton futures plus or minus the Pakistan basis, quoted in the ginning season. We do not print a live cents-per-pound figure on the website.
What 26 mm is for
Spinning mills that run a workhorse count. If the mill sheet asks for 28 mm, switch specs. If it asks for yarn, switch products. A garment factory is not a lint buyer on this page.
Season
The basis is a ginning-season quote. An old chat is not a price. The proforma is. New buyers pay 50 percent by T/T before shipment. FOB Karachi is the default term.
Published fibre bands
The cotton page already publishes Pakistan Cotton Standards Institute-style bands: micronaire 3.8–4.8, strength 28–30 g/tex, trash under 2.5 percent. Those bands cover this workhorse. They are not a certificate that every bale landed on one point inside the range. The lab sheet on the lot is the bale conversation.
October is a lint enquiry
A search in October is usually ginning-season lint, not seed. Sowing seed is a domestic counter product for mid-April to mid-May, and this month is the wrong time to soak it. This page is ginned lint under heading 5201. It is not phutti and it is not yarn.
Yarn that is 85 percent cotton or more is heading 5205 and has its own spec. The 80-bale high cube is the lint plan. A yarn invoice does not inherit it. New buyers pay 50 percent by telegraphic transfer before shipment. There is no open account in a first season.
