White onion,
milder, 50 to 70 mm.
For dicing, salad, and restaurant use. Same origin belt as the red bulb. A different flavour.
White onion is the milder bulb: 50–70 mm, for industrial dicing, salad, and restaurants. It is grown in Sindh and Balochistan, cured 7–10 days, and shipped at 0–4°C like the red program. It is not red onion with a different label.
Mesh bags are 10, 20, and 25 kg. A full reefer is about 25 metric tons. Name white in the enquiry. Gulf winter, Malaysia, and Indonesia can take it when the buyer asks and the import rule allows. Saudi remains ask-first.
Why the size band is narrower
The published white band is 50–70 mm, not the red 60–80 mm band. A kitchen spec that demands 80 mm white is outside this sheet. Ask before we force a size we do not publish.
Pack and papers
Phyto, Halal, and origin. No mango hot-water log. No rice moisture sheet. Foodservice buyers should say kitchen so we skip a gift-style pack that onions do not need anyway.
White onion, specified for a kitchen
Write white, 50 to 70 mm, and the job: dice, salad, or restaurant. An 80 mm white demand sits outside this band. The cure is still 7 to 10 days and the reefer is still 0 to 4°C. A full 40-foot reefer is about 25 metric tons. Origin remains Sindh and Balochistan, sourced, not the Multan mango orchard.
UAE and Qatar can take white in the November-to-March window when you name it. Malaysia and Indonesia need their own import condition, not a Gulf photo. Saudi white onion is ask-first. Do not mix an unnamed white lot into a red container, and do not put either colour into a rice box. The offer is indicative for 7 days.
