How to use Sona DAP

Phosphate base. Apply at sowing for wheat, cotton, mango, sugarcane.

Application rate

Typical application rates vary by crop and field condition. For wheat (rabi season), the standard practice is 1 bag of DAP + 2 bags of Urea per acre, split across sowing and tillering. For cotton, the recommendation is 1.5 bags DAP + 2.5 bags Urea + 0.5 bag Zinc per acre. For sugarcane, count on 2 bags DAP + 4 bags Granular Urea per acre split in three doses.
