Stop 01

Chaunsa orchards, Multan

Family Chaunsa trees south of the city, plus contracted blocks we inspect before the season — not fruit bought off the mandi the night before a container. Hand-picked at colour-break, stems left ~2 cm to stop sap-stain. Harvest is programmed to the buyer’s shipping week. We have not published a public acreage figure; if you need one for a tender, ask the exports desk and we will confirm in writing.

Wheat, cotton, and partner growers

Grain and lint for the export program (when policy allows) come from contracted South Punjab growers, not from a single estate. Moisture and staple are tested before we take the load. Certified wheat and cotton seed for those same growers is sold over the counter in Multan — that is the other half of the same relationship.

Warehouse — Shesha Basti Talab

The same address for three generations. FFC Sona DAP and Urea, Punjab Seed Corp bags, ICI Wanda — stacked, sealed, and dispatched same-day inside Multan. Walk in during business hours. Count the bags. Read the anti-counterfeit seal. The FFC, PSC, and ICI dealer certificates hang on the wall; they are not PDFs on this website yet.

Stop 04

Mango packhouse

Grading tables, hot-water treatment at 48°C for 60–90 minutes, APHIS-grade cartons where the destination requires them, cold chain at 8–12°C. NPPO inspectors are called to the packhouse. We do not ship on a photocopy of last year’s phyto.

Container ship at port loading Pakistani exports

Stop 05

Karachi load-out

Reefer and dry containers sealed in front of the agency, trucked to Karachi or Port Qasim, documented 48 hours before the B/L. FOB Karachi is the default; CIF on request for established buyers. Rice moves year-round from stored lots. Corn and cotton follow their harvest windows. Onion is November through March. Mango is seasonal. Wheat grain waits on a licensed window.

Stop 06

The city we ship from

Multan’s alluvial soil, 45°C summers, and dry air are why Chaunsa reaches the Brix it does. The warehouse GPS is the Shesha Basti Talab pin on this page. There is no second retail branch — South Punjab delivery leaves from here.

Visit

The warehouse is open. Come see it.

Buyers, journalists, and farmers are welcome at Shesha Basti Talab, Multan, Punjab, Pakistan, Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT. WhatsApp ahead if you want the packhouse or an orchard walk — those are not drop-in stops during peak mango.

We will not stage a fake “farm tour” on land we do not farm. If a block is contracted rather than family-owned, we say so on the visit.
