Shipping Policy

Incoterms
Default: FOB Karachi. CIF available on request — we arrange freight and marine insurance at our procurement cost; you reimburse on B/L. EX-Works Multan available for buyers with their own Karachi forwarder.
Payment timing
- New buyers: 50% T/T advance against Performa Invoice + 50% on document copies (B/L + Phyto + Halal). Originals released after second tranche clears.
- Established buyers: L/C at sight from a Tier 1 bank, or 30-day documents-against-acceptance.

Production-to-dispatch lead time: 14 days for sea, 5 days for air, from confirmed order.
Packaging
- Mango: 4 kg single-layer cartons, APHIS-approved where required (USA, Australia, Japan, New Zealand)
- Rice: 5, 10, 25, 50 kg jute or PP woven bags. Custom retail packs MOQ 1 × 40' HC.
- Wheat / Corn: 50 kg PP woven bags, or bulk vessel
- Cotton lint: 170 kg pressed bales
- Onion: 10 / 20 / 25 kg mesh bags. Custom retail (1 / 2 kg branded) on MOQ.
Documentation chain
Every consignment ships with: Phytosanitary Certificate (NPPO), Halal Certificate, Certificate of Origin (KCCI), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L or AWB, Certificate of Analysis. Mango additionally: Hot Water Treatment Certificate (and Irradiation Certificate for USA). Document copies dispatched 48 hours before goods arrive.
Damage / shortage claims
Any visible damage or shortage must be photographed and reported within 48 hours of arrival at the destination port. We will issue a credit, replacement, or refund per the refund policy adjudication.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance due to events outside its reasonable control: vessel breakdowns, port closures, government export restrictions, weather, pandemic, war. Where shipment is delayed by force majeure, the parties will negotiate revised terms in good faith.
