Scope

These terms govern the use of https://zarkaaragri.com and the supply of goods by Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. ("Zarkaar"). By placing an order with us, you accept these terms.

Products and availability

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on this site are indicative. Final terms, including grade, packing, and price, are confirmed by Performa Invoice. Availability is subject to harvest, mill output, and seasonal conditions.

Price volatility

Agricultural commodity pricing fluctuates with the Pakistani paddy auction, international futures markets, and seasonal supply. Indicative pricing on this site is valid for 7 days from quote date. Firm pricing applies only after Performa Invoice acceptance and (where applicable) advance payment.

Incoterms and shipping

Default Incoterms: FOB Karachi. CIF and EX-Works available on request. Risk passes per the agreed Incoterm. Freight and insurance arranged for CIF are at-cost pass-through.

Payment terms

• New buyers (first season): 50% advance T/T + 50% on documents.
• Established buyers: L/C at sight or 30-day documents-against-acceptance.
• Open account terms are not extended in the first season.

Quality complaints

Any quality complaint must be raised within 48 hours of arrival at the destination port, supported by photographs and (where requested by us) a third-party survey. See our refund policy for adjudication detail.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance due to events outside its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) port closures, vessel breakdowns, government export restrictions, war, pandemic, or weather events impacting harvest.

Intellectual property

All content on https://zarkaaragri.com, including text, images, schema, and design, is the property of Zarkaar Group (Pvt.) Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Punjab.
